Excessive or Duplicate Donations

In cases where an error, such as an excessive or duplicate payment, has occurred, SNAD Foundation will review the issue within 7-10 working days from the date of the refund request. We aim to resolve any discrepancies smoothly and efficiently.

No Return Policy

As a nonprofit organization, all donations are considered final and are typically non-refundable. However, in the rare case of a refund due to an administrative or accounting error, SNAD Foundation reserves the right to address these claims on a case-by-case basis.
