Expanding Access. Restoring Dignity. Saving Lives.
SNAD Foundation Bangladesh delivers inclusive healthcare solutions designed to reach people who are most often left without care. As a community rooted healthcare NGO, we work to reduce preventable illness, disability, and health related inequality by bringing essential medical services directly to underserved populations. Our healthcare initiatives combine treatment, prevention, and awareness to improve quality of life and build healthier, more resilient communities.
Across Bangladesh, millions of people face barriers to basic healthcare due to poverty, geographic isolation, social stigma, and limited health infrastructure. Women, children, persons with disabilities, and low-income families are disproportionately affected. Preventable conditions go untreated, maternal and child health risks remain high, and correctable disabilities often become lifelong burdens. Addressing these gaps is not only urgent, it is essential for social equity and sustainable development.
Integrated Health and Eye Camps

SNAD Foundation Bangladesh delivers Integrated Health and Eye Camps to provide comprehensive, free medical care in communities where services are limited or unaffordable. These camps offer general consultations, pediatrics, gynecology, orthopedics, diabetes and general medicine services, alongside eye screening, free power glasses, cataract detection, and cataract surgeries. Free medicines, health and non-communicable disease awareness sessions, and women’s menstrual health and hygiene education ensure care extends beyond treatment to prevention and long-term wellbeing.
Supporting the Disabled

SNAD Foundation Bangladesh supports children and adults with disabilities by providing prosthetic limbs, wheelchairs, crutches, and assistive devices that enable mobility and independence. These interventions promote social inclusion and help individuals participate fully in education, work, and community life.
Clubfoot Cure Project

Through the Clubfoot Cure Project, SNAD Foundation Bangladesh provides effective and affordable treatment for children born with clubfoot using the globally recognized Ponseti Method. Early corrective care allows children to walk normally, preventing long term physical limitations and social exclusion. By ensuring access to timely intervention for families who cannot afford treatment, this program restores mobility, dignity, and opportunity for affected children.
Maternal Healthcare

SNAD Foundation’s Maternal Healthcare Program focuses on women and adolescents living in urban slums, particularly in Dhaka. The program delivers essential health education on nutrition, hygiene, family planning, and menstrual health, alongside basic care for communicable and nocommunicable diseases. By improving knowledge and access to services, the program strengthens maternal health, reduces preventable risks, and empowers women to make informed decisions about their wellbeing.
Measuring Impact
Together, SNAD Foundation’s healthcare initiatives directly advance SDG 3 (Good Health and Well Being), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). By delivering free, accessible, and dignified healthcare, we reduce preventable suffering, restore independence, and create measurable, life changing impact across Bangladesh.
