Arsalan Zaman is the Executive Director of SNAD Foundation Bangladesh, providing strategic leadership that combines strong governance with disciplined execution. With a background in accountancy and organizational management, he has been instrumental in building resilient operational systems, strengthening institutional capacity, and embedding a culture of accountability, efficiency, and transparency across the organization.

He oversees the Foundation’s core functions including finance, grants management, administration, and information technology, ensuring that day-to-day operations meet donor compliance, regulatory standards, and good governance practices. Under his direction, internal controls, reporting systems, and operational workflows have been strengthened to support sustainable growth and long-term credibility.

Beyond operational leadership, Mr. Zaman leads the design and delivery of high-impact development initiatives across health, education, livelihoods, and community resilience. He focuses on translating strategy into measurable outcomes, ensuring that programs remain practical, scalable, and responsive to community needs.

Working closely with the Chairman and Board, he contributes to shaping SNAD Foundation’s long-term vision, partnerships, and institutional direction.
