We create and promote an organizational culture that builds on the energies of each and every members which builds a collective vision of community development. By working collaboratively with others, the needs of the community are discovered, and the mission of the organization begins to emerge clearly.
Through our widespread network of passionate team members we make personal one to one contact to the individual poor, oppressed, landless farmers, destitute woman, vulnerable children, widow, destitute man and women, day laborers, unemployed male and female youth, drug addicts, tanagers, street children, and to bring them under the umbrella of small viable groups for their organization and development.
We promote the socio-economic condition of the most vulnerable oppressed people way to creating awareness, provide training and financial support for their self-reliance and empowerment, mainly destitute and disadvantaged vulnerable men, women and children are socio-economically empowered.
The organization was formed to look after the welfare of the community we live in and provide basic necessities to those in need, empower them to build for themselves a better life in every aspect.
SNADF thrives with the idea of Empowering the women and children through Education, Training and Skill Development and being able to serve humanity by providing medical services to the underprivileged.
The SNADF team is devoted to alleviate the poverty and empower the poor as to improve their livelihood status through undertaking various need based sustainable (development programs) income generating activities. We dream of a prosperous Bangladesh and a society that is not poor, Bangladesh which is literate and empowered. We dream of a country without any forms of vulnerability, exploitation and inefficiencies. We dream of choices, better opportunities and collaboration.
Syed Nuruddin Ahmed founded SNADF purely for rendering service to the people in malady ameliorating their essential needs for survival. Mr. Ahmed, the founder Chairman of SNADF believes that progress happens by bringing together people from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to make positive change.
Teaming up with like-minded individuals with extensive experience in advocacy and activism, policy, medicine, surgical procedures, and business as well as collaborating with Private Sectors and Government ensures organizational progress towards achieving its mission.
