How We Work

Nothing happens without accountability and that’s why we have made accountability one of the core component of our activities.

We believe in performance and results.

We set ourselves accountable for high standards.

Every activity we undertake are shaped by unique institutional culture founded on the stakeholder theory, which asserts that an organization is accountable to all parts of the society. Moral & intellectual integrity is at the heart of everything we do.

We Believe

To be successful in any pursuit, we must work together, build strong partnerships, and lift up the compelling ideas and successes of others.

We believe that together we can change the world.

Collaborations & Partnerships

SNADF collaborates with individuals, organizations, agencies and institutions to develop shared value partnerships that blend service to the community and advocacy of needed change.

Once the vision is defined, the real proof of the pudding emerges from what is accomplished. Serving needs when they are clear, and speaking strongly for what needs to be done are the two great tools developed and followed. We have thus established a referral system with different local and international organizations.

Corporate Partnerships

We believe the private sector can play a critical role in helping address social and environmental challenges. Corporations, through their core business and their philanthropic activities, can help address social and environmental issues in ways that strengthen their competitive positioning and profitability. We serve as a strategic partner for developing projects according to requirements with industry-leading local and multi-national companies guided by our research on innovative and effective practices. Our projects include meaningful engagement with our corporate partners as well as with the people and communities our partners serve. We help organizations to make progress on societal issues by navigating complex systems and building collaborative partnerships. We also work with companies to design “sustainable projects” that position companies as leaders in creating business-aligned societal impact.
